- clean install of EFW 2.2 (Enterprise) - updates done (61 packages as of 2008-07-08) - start HTTP proxy -> /var/efw/ethernet/settings == /var/efw/ethernet/settings.old -> /var/efw/proxy/acls/* are all zero bytes -> proxy does not work saving the proxy settings in the GUI (although there were no changes) fixes the problem |

if the zone subnets acl file is none existent or zero size it is created with current known subnets of the zone |
